Just attend one of Hooper's digital camera seminars at the local Holiday Inn Express located in Woodland Hills, CA.
What a great source of information. The presentation was very professional and yet informal. The instructor shows a screen presentation of the highlights and main features of the specific digital camera model. Next the instructor goes thru each of the camera menus, settings, and functions. Each item is breifly explained and they even have Hooper Staff walking around offering one on one assistance finding the menu items while the instructor is explaining the functions.
Toward the end of the training semimar the instructor does a live demo of the software provided by the camera manufacture that comes with your camera. They show the basics of how to capture, store, edit, share or email the images.
This is a great way to get the basic how to's for each specific camera. The Hooper staff are there to answer any question during the breaks, or after the seminar.
It is also fun to interact with other attendees to share experiences and trade information.
